Koh Ker temple (Koh Ker is the ancient capital city of Lingapura or Chok Gargya, was located northeast of Siem Reap around 125 kilometers. It is in Preh Vihear province today. Founded by King Yayavarman IV, in 921 E.C and ruled officially for 928 E.C until 941 E.C then his son Hashavarman II resigned briefly in 944 E.C his capital city was named Lingapura “City of Linga) in Sanskrit It.
Beng Melea temple ( Was built in the 12th century in the reign of King Suryavarman II. Angkor Wat style, dedicated to the Hindu god(Vishnu). Temple was located northeast of Siem Reap around 75 kilometers, east of Kulen mountain.

Please dress properly for visiting temples. If you wear shorts and T-shirts,make sure they are long enough to be knee length and shoulder covered. No scarf or shawl and tank top are allowed.
