Biking through the country side of Siem Reap Mr. Un Phearin was very informative as a guide and the bikes were strong, sturdy and well looked after with helmets provided. The tour to Angkor Wat and other temples was sometimes off the beaten track showing the more personal side of the land and the peoples lives without being intrusive. Excellent bike tours I did the sunset tour to Phnom Krom and the temple trails of Angkor and they both were wonderful experiences during my time in Siem Reap. Both guides were outstanding, very knowledgeable and so cheerful and friendly. The bike was in good condition and well maintained. The sights during both rides were amazing, Cambodia is such a beautiful country. Overall, this was an absolutely wonderful. I wish I had the time to do more tours with butterfly adventures. Two days with the most fun tour guide ever! My family and friends (including 3 children) spent day 1 with Phearin cycling through Angkor Archaeological Park. Riding through jungle pathways and rustic roadways we accessed the temples via their remote entrances away from the noisy crowds. It was such a fun way to see and learn about the history of Cambodia. The bicycle tour included a great Khmer lunch. On day 2 Phearin took us up to Phnom Kulen Mountain via van (no bicycles thank goodness, way too steep). We learnt about the history of Buddhism and Hinduism, visited the sleeping Buddha, the river of 1000 Lingas, swam at the waterfall and finished off with a light lunch. Access All Areas Did the sunrise cycling tour with Phearin recently and it was excellent. The great thing about cycling is that you can see some temples which regular tourists cannot access as they are off the beaten track. The cycling itself is through some jungle paths and main roads - it is not overly arduous but I definitely had a sore butt by the end! Phearin was a great guide and provided useful knowledge and made sure we kept hydrated throughout. siem reap country cycling tour amazing morning riding through the countryside around Siem Reap, Cambodia. The guide was very good and talked about local lifestyle and culture. I tried my hand at pulling up rice plants - would be sacked in a flash! Great experience - lovely tastes from the markets and all in all a memorable time. Off the beaten track tour My husband and I took this tour last week. We thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a group of students who take you to see local life in Cambodia. What was special about this was that the tour stops were not staged for tourists we actually entered people's homes and saw their lives. We rode local Cambodian bikes along local roads ..... Although we didn't blend in with the locals it's as close as you can get. I would encourage everyone to do this tour it's about as far away from Pub Street as you can get! Our guide was Vathana a young student who was very respectful to the homes that we visited and an excellent guide. Amazing experience - highly recommend! I joined this tour with my girlfriend and I can just say that exceed our expectations... Our guide was named Borith, a university student of English philology, with a passion and friendly approach. We spent half of the day with him, and we couldn't been happier. He took has for: Bike tour thought the country side of Siem Reap, local rice fields, handcraft wicker baskets, rice wine homemade production, market where we tried several local fruits and snacks. One of the best things, is that they don't "force" you to buy something (which is quite commun in this kind of trips in Asia) We highly recommend to do a tour with them if you want to avoid tourist attractions and meet the real country!

Intimate, full of food & rural culture! Easy going, highly educational & and blissful! Wow what a treat! I booked on, thinking is be with a big group but as it's low season I was the only one! Borith, my 21 year old uni-student guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and his English was excellent!!! I learned about local lives, systems and culture. Foods, ways of farming, politics and history. I literally couldn't have had a more diverse and interesting guided tour!! They give you as much water as you need, collect from hotel and drop off, lunch and pudding and snacks! You meet Local farmers , see wildlife, float past butterflies and do a bit of semi-off roading on really comfy Amsterdam-style bicycles. They lend an awesome straw hat for the day too! And then you go and see how they make them and try yourself! The best 17 dollars I spent in Cambodia. Lush day on the road and through the fields. Try it!!! You'll be helping local people, local students too and you will learn a lot!!!
